OneMedical Property has secured a significant £30m funding facility from OakNorth Bank. This funding marks a major milestone in our journey as we continue to expand our portfolio of healthcare properties across the UK.
Established in 2004 by Rachel Beverley-Stevenson and Michael Beverley, OneMedical Property specialises in the development and investment of NHS occupied healthcare premises. Over the years, we have built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to the NHS, delivering patient-centred and innovative primary and community care premises.
This new funding will be used for three state-of-the-art medical centres including Aspull Health and Wellbeing in Wigan which opened its doors in February as well as two other developments in Northwest London and Essex. These centres will enhance access to healthcare services in these areas. We will also continue progressing our pipeline of health-anchored developments throughout the UK. The funding will also support our sale and leaseback portfolio,
This expansion comes at a crucial time as the UK’s population is aging, increasing the demand for medical services. By investing in healthcare infrastructure, we aim to meet this growing need and provide innovative and patient-centred care.
