Who we are
Part of OneMedical Group, OneMedical Property was the founding arm of the group and launched in 2004 to develop, build, manage and invest in patient and population centred health care buildings and facilities that enable professionals to deliver the best care possible to staff, patients, their families and the local communities they live in.
What we do
OneMedical Property has delivered over 100,000m2 of multi-tenanted buildings ranging from 500m2 to 4,000m2. Buildings include NHS Acute, Community and Mental Health Trusts, GP practices, Pharmacies, 3rd sector organisations, commercial organisations, Fitness providers and local groups.
