Providing full facilities management for the surgery since 2015. The scope of work incorporates all aspects from pre-planned maintenance and all hard and soft landscaping. We work closely with the tenants to ensure that they get the most out of the building and have utilised ‘fly-through’ technology and a web portal to ensure works are carried out with a detailed understanding of the facilities and can proactively plan for works. Our approach has enabled the practice to focus on what is most important, their patients, rather than the day-to-day administration of property management.
