Strategic partnerships can take many forms:

Sale and Leaseback of estates
Reducing the financial constraints by supporting larger scale developments with investment
Designing, funding and delivering staff housing
Step up/step down and care hotel solutions also possible, either as part of a wider healthy village/town or as part of the existing hospital care campus.
Strategic estates partnerships with GP Federations, PCNs or at-scale providers of primary care
Joint ventures with Federations, PCNs or an individual practice to redevelop healthcare estate.
